It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mrs I. Connolly, one of the founding Board Members of SHOUT Tenant Management Organisation (SHOUT TMO), who sadly passed away this morning, 17 October 2026, following a long illness.

On behalf of the SHOUT TMO Board, staff and the entire Shiredale Estate community, we extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to her family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time. We share in their grief and sorrow as we remember a remarkable woman who played an important part in shaping our community.

As one of SHOUT TMO’s founding Board Members, Mrs Connolly was among those who believed in the potential of Shiredale and worked towards creating a better place for its residents. Her dedication, commitment and vision helped lay the foundations of the organisation and the community we are proud to serve today.

Her contribution will always remain part of SHOUT TMO’s history, and her efforts will never be forgotten.

Mrs Connolly dreamed of seeing Shiredale become one of the best places in the country to live. Although she is no longer with us, that dream will continue to inspire our work.

The SHOUT TMO Board remains committed to carrying forward her vision, building on the foundations she helped establish and continuing to improve our estate for present and future generations.

We hope that the progress we make in the years ahead will serve as a lasting tribute to her dedication and belief in our community.

At this time of great loss, our thoughts and prayers are with her family. May they find strength and comfort in knowing that her contribution to Shiredale will be remembered and valued for generations to come.

May her soul rest in eternal peace in Heaven.

Rest in peace, Mrs Connolly. Thank you for everything you have done for Shiredale. Your legacy will live on.
