SHOUT TMO Update For Tenants of Properties Managed by SHOUT.

Day to Day Repairs Resumed- Just to advice that day to day repairs are now being scheduled so please ring the Office number 0161 202 6482 to report repairs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 10am to 3pm. You can also email: contact@shouttmo.co.uk.
Office Appointments and Home Visits – Please note that Office appointments with the Housing Manager and home visits by the Housing Manager and/or Housing Assistant are still on hold, but please be aware that we are dealing with issues over the phone (and where appropriate by email) including Anti Social Behaviour. We also send out letters where appropriate. Please ring the Office for any issues and if the office is closed or phone is busy, please leave a message and you will receive a call back on the next SHOUT TMO work day (just a reminder that SHOUT TMO is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays),. Surveyors Visits – Please also note that Northwards Surveyors are only carrying out urgent visits and currently have a backlog on visits. If you require a visit please go through the normal procedure of ringing (or emailing) SHOUT TMO.
Emergency – If you have an emergency on the days that SHOUT TMO is not open please contact Northwards on 03000 123 123 as normal. Please note that if your case is not an emergency, Northwards will not take the repair or issue but will instead refer tenants to contact SHOUT TMO, as the Organisation that manages your property.
Youth Nuisance By SHOUT TMO Office and Kilnside Drive Blocks – SHOUT TMO have been made aware of youths smoking (including cannabis), littering, causing damage and generally causing a nuisance by the SHOUT TMO Office and Kilnside Drive block of flats. This is unacceptable. Tenants are asked to assist with identifying these culprits and to be vigilant. Where residents are able to identify the culprits please contact SHOUT TMO either by email or calling the SHOUT TMO number.
AVIM – Charity – 54 Kilnside Drive – Just to remind all residents that 50 – 56 Kilnside Drive where the SHOUT TMO Office is based is shared with the Charity AVIM who provide essential service to the community including Foodbank on a Thursday (10am t 1pm). If you require the services of AVIM please ring their number on 0161 312 1244 or 07440775115 between the hours of 10am to 3pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, as you need to book an appointment to benefit from the foodbank and their services. AVIM also provide help with money advice, benefit advice etc. Please contact AVIM for a full list of what they cover.
