In view of the recent Government Announcement about the lockdown, SHOUT TMO staff will be working from home and MEARS will only carry out emergency and urgent repairs.

SHOUT TMO operating hours are 9am to 3pm Monday and Wednesdays, and 9am to 2.45pm Fridays. Core hours are 10am to 1pm – Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you call outside these hours, please leave a message, and your message will be responded to on the next (SHOUT TMO) working day.
Please continue to report repairs to SHOUT TMO during the operating hours and only contact Northwards Call Centre 03000 123 123 outside the operating hours and only in an emergency. Northwards will not deal with non-emergency calls.
Please keep safe by adhering to the Government Guidelines to stay at home and only go out in exceptional circumstances. Please keep social distancing and wearing a mask when you do have to go out and wash your hands frequently in line with the guidelines. Keep safe and we will all get through this.
